Over the course of the last 30 years I have forensically examined more than 4,000 vehicles, I have driven in excess of 500,000 miles completing the examinations, and I have testified in court as an expert more than 40 times. I also have had the privilege of conducting training seminars for hundreds of SIU and law enforcement agents, and I have given hands-on training to dozens of agents, both in the field and in our laboratory. Well, as much as I enjoyed the challenges, they were a lot of work and I'm tired. So, although I'm certainly going to enjoy my retirement, I will definitely miss the interaction I've shared with so many of you over the years.
